RightForm LDA provides professional legal document preparation services for individuals who are representing themselves. Below is an overview of what you can expect when working with us.

Step 1: Initial Contact

You may contact RightForm LDA by phone or email to discuss the type of documents you need prepared. During this step, we explain our services, pricing structure, and limitations as a Legal Document Assistant.

Step 2: Client Information

You will provide all required information for your documents. RightForm LDA does not determine what legal action you should take or which forms you should file. All information is provided by you, the client.

Step 3: Document Preparation

Based on the information you provide, RightForm LDA prepares the requested legal documents. This includes typing, formatting, and organizing documents for filing.

Step 4: Client Review

You will have the opportunity to review all documents for accuracy before filing. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information is correct and complete.

Step 5: Filing

Filing instructions may be provided, or documents may be filed at your direction when permitted. Court filing fees are paid directly by the client and are not included in document preparation fees.

What RightForm LDA Does
